Greg Bonessi is a stand-up comedian and pro wrestling personality out of
Phoenix, Arizona. Greg has been performing improv since 2001, stand-up
since 2004, and has been involved in wrestling since 2006. Greg routinely
performs at The Comedy Spot in Scottsdale, Arizona and appears as "Greg
DeMarco," the evil figurehead for Impact Zone Wrestling.

Greg's current performance is completely improv, "on the fly." Greg interacts
with the audience and develops the routine on the spot, providing everyone
with a brand new routine every time. But it didn't start out that way... Greg's
improv career began in the fall of 2001 with ComedySportz in Richmond,
Virginia. Greg apeared as a "player" for the COmedy Sportx live shows, as well
as appearing in the "Star Warz" live performance at the same location. School
and career took Greg out of the improv world for a few years, until Greg
graduated from the American Comedy Institute in Manhattan, New York in
November 2004, and had his debut at Caroline's on Broadway. In New
England, Greg performed throughout New York, Connecticut, Massachusets and
Rhode Island, including stops at Caroline's on Broadway, The Comedy
Connection (Providence, RI), The Comedy Zone (Virginia Beach, VA), and was
the mastermind behind the original Main Pub Comedy Night (Manchester, CT).
Greg also performed for Funny Money Comedy's benefit shows, as well as many
other private shows throughout the area. Since relocating to Phoenix, Arizona
in 2006, Greg has performed exclusively at The Comedy Spot (Scottsdale, AZ).
About halfway through a May 2009 performance, Greg went "off script" and let
the audience tell him what to talk about, received a rousing ovation from the
packed house, as well as future bookings at The Comedy Spot. In an ironic
twist, Greg has a super supportive wife who happens to hate stand-up comedy!
